We engage and deliver

For every fee we invoice that client in the 12 months following the introduction, you receive 20% of the net revenue. Paid on collection.

Common questions
Is this a candidate referral program?+
No. This program rewards you for referring hiring companies (clients) to GroTech — not for referring individual candidates for open roles.
What counts as a valid referral?+
A company we're not already actively engaged with. Once you introduce them and we sign them as a client, your 12-month earning window starts.
How is the 20% calculated?+
20% of the net placement fees GroTech invoices and collects from that client during the 12 months following your introduction. It applies to every placement in that window, not just the first.
When and how do I get paid?+
We pay out within 30 days of the client paying us, by bank transfer. You'll get a statement for each placement fee earned.
What happens after 12 months?+
Your earning window closes on placements invoiced after month 12 — but everything invoiced within the window is still paid out even if the client settles later.
Can I refer multiple companies?+
Yes — refer as many as you like. Each company has its own 12-month window from the point of introduction.
